This pure, unoaked, 100% Chardonnay offers aromas and flavors of acacia flowers, lemon zest, and yellow apple, all of which culminate in a lip-smacking finish. Grapes are sourced from vines aged up to 25 years, and the wine was matured for about 4 months on lees before bottling.
