Bergamot is a citrus fruit native to southern Italy. It is famed for it's aromatic peel and oil which gives flavor to perfumes, Earl Grey Tea, and candies. Here, you can enjoy the bittersweet flavor of its juice - more bitter than a grapefruit, but not as tart as a lemon. It makes a unique and delicious mixer or a tasty non-alcoholic drink.

ORGANIC PREPARATION FOR DIY BERGAMOT DRINK
Bergamotto Madre is the organic preparation for making a bergamot drink at home .
It is natural because it is made only with freshly squeezed bergamot juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice and cane sugar.
We press the citrus fruits as soon as they are harvested, in Calabria and Sicily.
NATURAL, ORGANIC, YUMMY!
Add 150 ml of carbonated water to 50 ml of preparation and you will obtain a natural and delicious bergamot drink!
One bottle makes 6 large 200ml glasses
