Tied together by a Californian sweet vermouth and citrus bitters from Vena's Fizz House, this Negroni is a touch sweeter than the more classic iteration featuring the cloyingly bitter Campari. This small batch recipe carries notes of coriander, pine, rhubarb, and grapefruit, and is balanced at 52 proof. Best served on the rocks.
