Xinomavro, meaning «black and acid» in Greek, is a noble varietal that shines in the Naoussa region. It does bring plenty of freshness to this cuvée which, besides scents of back berries and cherry, expresses itself through notes of licorice and a delicate touch of spices, all in a medium tannic structure.
