“I saved the best chillable red for last as Summer winds down! The Gamza/Cabernet Franc from Gomotartzi is a medium-bodied wine with brilliant ruby color. Blackberry and strawberry aromas dominate the bouquet, while an elegant, almost creamy texture glides across your palate. Good acidity and its light, but intense fruit lends itself to a variety of foods. It is recommended to serve slightly chilled.”
