"A blend of 50% Sauvignon and 50% Sémillon fermented in 80% previously used Grand Vin Sauternes barrels and 20% stainless steel with seven months of aging on the lees. A dry wine of resounding complexity and richness, it offers up aromas of lemon curd, mineral, with hints of white flowers. Bright acidity adds structure to the richness, leading to a finish of shortbread, white ginger, and Asian pear notes. A wine similar in style to Yquem’s “Ygrec” that offers all the elegance and style at a fraction of the cost." - Richard H.
La Cheeserie Pairing: Brillat-Savarin
"Apples and citrus peel on the nose, together with creamy minerals and floral notes, following through to a medium to full body with a silky texture and plenty of enduring fruit flavor."

"The 2022 Lugana San Benedetto is sweetly floral with lime zests complementing crushed peach aromas. It’s round and supple on the palate, showing ripe orchard fruits and green melon. The 2022 cleans up nicely through the finish, as candied citrus contrasts a salty mineral tinge. This is beautifully balanced and a total pleasure to taste."
