Evening Land Description
Hailing from nearly 40-year-old vines – among the first planted at Seven Springs Vineyard – Evening Land's "Dandelion" Pinot Noir recalls a wealth of history and autumnal spirit. High-toned red berries, pink peppercorn, lilac oil and sous bois carry an effusive, fruit-forward wine that melts into more herbal elements à la black tea. This wine shows the concentration and paradoxical youthfulness that well-established old vines provide.
