The NV Brut Tradition Grand Cru is especially bright and focused in this release. Crushed flowers, kirsch, mint and white pepper sizzle from the glass. The blend is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, 70% 2020 base with 30% reserve wines from 2019 and 2018. This is a very brisk style for Aÿ. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023.
