Malcorta is a wine with surprising nuances, floral, citrus , with a pleasant natural acidity and a marked persistence. Bright pale straw yellow in colour. On the nose, it shows very clean and intense aromas. Citrus aromas, white flowers, stone fruits, with soft mineral notes stand out. On the palate, it stands out for its marked acidity, which accentuates its fresh and lively character. Its lively character and freshness combine perfectly with shellfish, mollusks, white-fleshed fish, such as hake, cod or sole, grilled or baked.
