Description
Made from an indigenous clone of the Garnacha grape (Grenache) called Tinta Peluda, the 2022 Jorn Nou Garnacha Negra draws on over 1,000 years of Catalonian winemaking traditions. The winery practices organic farming techniques and uses 100% hand-harvested and sorted grapes. Aged for six months in oak barrels (30% new), the wine's color is a dense red with purplish highlights at the rim. Bold and fruity on the palate, it surges with bright aromas and flavors of raspberries, blackberries, and natural spice supported by smooth tannins.
