Bursting with fresh red and blue fruits, the 2023 Willamette Pinot Noir opens with a gorgeous, Volnay-like bouquet of violets, saffron, and Asian spice. It’s impressively plush and polished on the palate. It offers a multilayered core wrapped in rich, expressive cherry, blueberry, and spice flavors, which sail on to a smooth finish of melting tannins. A joy to drink now, but can be aged for an additional 3-5 years if desired.
— Ben Giliberti, CW Director of Wine Education
A brilliant core of red and bramble fruits dances with hints of cedar, passion fruit, rose petal, and turned earth. The palate is balanced, with a plush texture and a vibrant, juicy finish.
