The 2020 Chardonnay Wolff Vineyard is fabulous, something that is all the more remarkable considering the freakish year. Orange confit, pineapple, butter, apricot, tangerine and spice are all dialed up in this decidedly exotic, lush Chardonnay from Mount Eden. The 2020 is not at all subtle, but it sure is delicious.

Complex and distinctive, with pear, nectarine and Honeycrisp apple flavors, salted melon accents and a savory note of tarragon on an appealing fleshy, juicy frame.
