Description
Every great wine has its own brand of magic, and the feather-light aerial act that the Pierre Boniface Apremont Les Rocailles can pull off never ceases to amaze me. Delicate, dry, and buoyant on the palate, this wine tingles with crystalline aromas and flavors of spring flowers, wild mountain herbs, fresh green apple, and subtle minerality. Although made to be enjoyed in its youth, this wine ages remarkably well. (I'm still enjoying my 2021.) Enjoy it now with your favorite summer foods and throughout the year.
