Ruinart Rosé is produced from a blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay from estate vineyards in Sillery and Brimont (ancestral home of the Ruinart family), along with grapes from Premiers crus vineyards in the Côte de Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. It shares the unique mineral/spice notes of the Blanc de Blancs, with the subtle addition of delicate red fruit notes from Pinot Noir. Among the very best "food" Champagnes of all, and quite delectable on its own.
Bright and citrusy, this finely knit Champagne layers a racy streak of acidity and satiny texture with an expressive range of wild cherry, blood orange granita, red licorice, candied pink grapefruit peel and toast notes. Long, creamy finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now.
The latest rendition of Ruinart’s NV Brut Rosé evokes aromas of blood orange, red berries, flowers and pastry. Medium to full-bodied, round and supple, it’s elegant with a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids and a long, delicate finish. There’s no reason to wait.
