Deep, dark red in color with intense violet glints. Complex nose, notable dark berries, and raspberries, with notes of blackcurrant and spices. Quite evident acidity in the mouth, elegant, full-bodied, good tannic structure. Long, persistent finish.
The 2021 Corte Numina is a blend of 52% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 9% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot, all sourced from the Uco Valley. This wine is ripe and complex, showcasing fine wood notes alongside soft tomato leaf, sun-kissed spices, marmalade and a subtle hint of ash. Intense and rich in flavor, it masterfully balances plushness and juiciness with a light, powdery finish. Full-bodied and expressive, it features a touch of volatile acidity that enhances the lasting complexity of the finish. This Malbec draws inspiration from early-2000s styles, benefiting from a well-calibrated harvest picking point
