Description
The 2022 Simonnet-Febvre Chablis sports a bright yellow color with green/gold lights at the rim. The bouquet is Chablis at its best, a brilliant interplay of pure Chardonnay and Kimmeridgian lime’s vibrant minerality. The trademark “spicy” Simonnet-Febvre style emerges on the palate, a tad creamier and richer in the mouth than many Chablis. The fruit rolls briskly along to a long, satisfying, mineral-laden finish. Although usually consumed within 1-3 years, Chablis of this quality ages well if desired.
