Let's explore sake together! Join us Thursday, April 7th to taste three premium sakes and their plum wine (Umeshu) from premier sake brewery, Izumibashi Shuzo. We have two fantastic speakers who will walk you through the tasting: Sara Guterbock Nelis, who holds a Diploma in Sake from the Japan Sommelier Association and is a Certified Sake Adviser, and Kayoko Abe, who is a certified International Sake Sommelier and brand ambassador for Izumibashi Brewery.
