"A partnership between winemakers Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), and Jeff Carrel, the estate delivers exceptional wines from distinct Beaujolais appellations. The Beaujolais Blanc is a unique and rare bottling – very few were produced from these Chardonnay vines. Grapes are pressed directly and fermented with natural yeast. Aging occurs in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
Tasting Notes: A golden hue leads way to fleshy white fruits and a delightful tension. A sprightly finish makes this perfect for every occasion!" - Bill H.
La Cheeserie Pairing: Fontal Fontina
The golden colour and white-fleshed fruit aromas reveal a superb valance between tension and tenderness. Very few bottles available, but look out for the next vintage!
