A bottling of the estate's oldest vines, this is Cyril's homage to his great-grandmother, who took over responsibilities for farming after her husband died in World War One. According to Cyril, without her hard work, the family might have lost the domaine and vineyards, and he credits her for the fact that the estate still exists. It is sourced from several top parcels such as Champs-Salomon, Les Crais, La Pucine, Herbues, and Les Echezeaux. It is a representation of the appellation and vintage rather than one single vineyard. Grapes are 100% destemmed and cold macerated. After 15 days of fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in barrels, 10% new. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
