Starting off the reds, the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône is 80% Grenache and 10% each Mourvèdre and Syrah that was raised in concrete for 12 months. Ripe blackberries, raspberries peppery garrigue, and spicy, floral, Provençal notes all define the bouquet, and it's medium-bodied, supple, and elegant on the palate, with good ripeness yet the fresher style of the vintage.
