A wonder at this price, this impressive Bourgogne rouge from the Burgundy's bounteous 2022 vintage could easily pass for a powerful Nuits-Saint-Georges or Morey-Saint-Denis costing two or three times as much. Serves up boatloads of concentrated black cherry, black currant, mineral, and saffron-inflected flavors. These flavors and aromas march on to a long, detailed, and energetic finish, supported by firm tannins. Enjoy it now for its effusive fruit and Nuits-Saint-Georges-like intensity (decant 30 minutes in advance), or cellar it for a few years and enjoy it as it evolves gracefully in the bottle.
