This is 100% Erbaluce di Caluso, a grape originally from Greece. Lightly straw-colored with soft light yellow nuances and inviting herbal aromas--sage, laurel, rosemary and lavender--with a hint of lemon and grapefruit pith. It is a unique, captivating wine, fresh and light, and opens nicely in the glass, finishing with soft floral and mineral notes.
